DugBot Home is a local Windows IT assistant that runs standard diagnostic and repair commands on your computer. These include common operations like DNS cache flushing, print spooler restarting, browser cache clearing, startup program management, and similar tasks — the same commands an IT professional would run manually.
DugBot runs entirely on your machine. It does not connect to the internet, access remote servers, or transmit any data externally.
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that DugBot will meet your specific requirements, operate without interruption, or be error-free.

DugBot executes system-level commands on your Windows machine. While these are standard IT operations and DugBot logs every action it takes, you assume all risk when running the Software on your computer. We recommend reviewing DugBot's action log and maintaining regular backups of your important files.
DugBot does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. It does not connect to the internet or any external services. Diagnostic logs are stored locally on your machine and are never sent anywhere. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use DugBot Home on your own computers. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share your copy of the Software.
Bulk or multi-seat licenses for managed service providers (MSPs) and businesses are available under a separate agreement. Contact us for details.
DugBot is a digital product delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final once the product has been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue that prevents DugBot from functioning, contact us and we will work to resolve it or issue a refund at our discretion.
Payment processing is handled by Lemonsqueezy. Their terms and refund policies may also apply.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of DugBot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
